Refund Policy

We aim to make every engagement transparent and fair. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Urban Next Developer.

A booking amount confirms your project slot in our execution pipeline. If you choose to cancel before any design, engineering, or execution work has commenced, you may request a refund subject to the deductions described below.

• Cancellation within 7 days of booking — eligible for refund after deducting administrative and consultation charges
• Cancellation after design or engineering work has started — refund proportional to work not yet executed
• Cancellation after execution has commenced — governed by the signed project agreement

Approved refunds are processed within 15–30 business days from the date of confirmation, through the original mode of payment.

• Site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies already completed
• Architectural and structural design work already delivered
• Statutory approval fees and government charges paid on your behalf
• Materials already procured or fabricated specifically for your project

Refunds are credited only to the originating bank account or payment instrument. Any applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or third-party charges incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable.

Once a construction project is under execution, cancellation, settlement, and material handover are governed exclusively by the terms of the signed project agreement.
