This Service Policy describes the standards by which Urban Next Developer delivers consultation, evaluation, execution, quality control, and after-sales support for every client engagement.

Every prospective client is offered a structured consultation with a senior construction advisor to understand project requirements, plot conditions, budget range, and timeline expectations before any commercial commitment.

• On-site evaluation of plot dimensions, soil conditions, and access
• Review of architectural intent, statutory restrictions, and FAR
• Indicative cost range and feasibility assessment shared in writing

Construction is executed strictly in accordance with the signed contract, approved drawings, and documented BOQ. All works are carried out by trained workforce supervised by qualified site engineers.

• Multi-stage quality inspections across structural, MEP, and finishing
• Use of IS-code-compliant materials from approved brands
• Independent third-party testing for critical structural elements
• Documented inspection reports shared with the client

Clients receive scheduled progress updates, daily site photos, and dedicated access to a project manager. All formal communication is documented through our project management platform.

Every project is governed by a structured schedule, milestone tracker, material delivery plan, and risk log managed by a dedicated project manager accountable for end-to-end delivery.

Our customer support team is available during business hours to handle queries, escalations, and post-handover service requests within defined response times.

We aim to resolve every concern amicably and promptly. Unresolved disputes shall be addressed in accordance with the dispute resolution clause of the signed project agreement.
