By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Urban Next Developer for any construction service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any third party.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to engage our services.

All construction services are provided under a signed project agreement that defines scope, specifications, timelines, milestones, payment schedule, and warranty. This website and any pre-contract communication does not constitute a binding offer.

• Scope is defined in the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and signed contract
• Any change requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted as a variation
• Material specifications, brands, and finishes are documented in the agreement
• Statutory approvals are the client's responsibility unless explicitly contracted

Payments are milestone-based and become due upon completion of each construction stage as defined in the contract. Delayed payments may impact the project timeline and may attract interest as per the agreement.

• Allow safe and reasonable site access to our team and contractors

All content on this website — including logos, text, designs, drawings, photographs, and software — is the property of Urban Next Developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Next Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of website use or service delivery beyond the limits defined in the signed project agreement.

Either party may terminate the engagement as per the conditions in the signed project agreement. Termination provisions, payment for executed work, and material handover terms shall apply as defined therein.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
